Run full Pro (normally £8.50/carer) at Core price — £4.50 per active carer / month — for six months.
Exchange bookings still carry a per-transaction fee. Everything else in Pro is included in the plan.

A few things providers usually ask about the launch offers.
Can I switch offers later?
Yes — tell us on the demo. Many providers start on Core free, then move to Pro once they've seen the Exchange. We'll map the cleanest path with you.
What happens after the free / discounted period?
Core continues at standard Core pricing after month three. Pro continues at standard Pro pricing after month six. No surprise auto-upgrades — we agree the next step before the offer ends.
How long are the offers available?
Both launch offers are valid until 31 October 2026. Set your account up on or before that date and the offer applies for its full period — three months for Core, six for Pro.
Do I need a card to claim?
Not to book the demo. Billing details are only set up when you decide to go live and we apply the offer.
Where are the £ figures?
Core and Pro rates are matched to the size and shape of your service. We share them on the demo alongside whichever launch offer you pick.
